Yeah, we know, everyone hates this part. Sorry to be captain buzzkill, but you know we gotta do this.
The Basics
-Any drama will be handled swiftly. We get people can disagree, but if a flame war starts or someone starts throwing an internet temper tantrum and junking up the forums expect to get bounced post haste.
-This isn't a job for any of us. None of us get paid for this. Boy do I wish we did, cuz I'd never do anything else. So mutual understanding is always a key for success. Communication will only help everyone. Not happy with something, talk to the staff privately. Want to start an angle, let's hear it. Want to start a goofy forum game, speak up. Our community is only as strong as YOU make.
-This is the biggest rule, and it's usually the rule every fed has. HAVE FUN! Now that that's said... officials and stuff.
In Character Rules
-You are not allowed to use anyone's character without their consent. It's just a no-no. Permissions should be clearly noted so there aren't any mistakes.
-You can write whatever you want. We do not care. But if you have even the slightest question about the content and if other people may be made uncomfortable by it; you should put a very clear disclaimer at the beginning of your RP, in big bold letters to give people a vague idea of what's going down. It's just courteous and respectful of everyone around you. No one wants to censor anyone's artwork; at the same time, people have the right to change the channel if they don't want to watch a horror movie. Give 'em a chance.
-Champions will defend their belts at least once a month. It will typically be at a pay-per-view. Contenders will be determined by many factors, but usually contendership matches will take place.
-Number of characters you can control will be based on a case by case basis. Some people can carry four characters and make it work. Others try and no show routinely and just can't handle it.
OOC Rules
- We said this at the beginning, but it bares restating. No drama!
- Judging and feedback is the staff's/judges opinions on the match. You're stuck with it. Freaking out and being disrespectful will get you no where.
-You will not get loads of graphics or the like without proving yourself and that you want to be in the fed. Avatars and such are reserved for members that have a proven track record.
-You are responsible for 1 RP a cycle.
-Segments and angles will not win you matches, but they certainly will help you with your push! If you want a push and want to get into a title picture and be prominent on the shows, contributing in that way will go a long way.
-HAVE FUN!
